What should you expect ?

A Newborn session is an amazing experience! And there are a few things you can expect. These sessions can be pretty warm, the room temperature will be between 28-30 degrees. Why? The reason is that it is a comfortable temperature for newborn babies. They can stay cozy and warm even though they don’t much on. Getting those cute sleepy photos can be tricky. How do we do it? You may not know but, there are a few things you can do prior to the session that are very important.
  • Feeding your baby 2-3 hours before the session and planning to feed them just before starting the session, is very helpful to help your baby sleepy.
  • It may be a difficult task but if you don’t let your baby sleep before the photoshoot this will ensure a sleepy baby.
  • And of course, the willingness to nurse/bottle-feed throughout the session is essential.
What to bring to your session?
  • If you would like to be part of the photo session, we recommend to bring a black or white shirt.
  • The essentials for your baby. Some nappies and food. And anything fun you would like to bring!
